It's important to note that Indoor custom neon lights are not designed for outdoor use or exposure to moisture, and such usage would void the warranty. The resolution for faulty custom neon signs will be determined based on the origin of the fault and will be collaboratively addressed between Custom Neon Light and the purchaser.

Warranty Coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs -

Neon Attack is not liable for any expenses associated with the installation and/or removal of your custom neon light. In the rare event that your sign is believed to have a fault, we may request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and, in some cases, may ask for the sign to be returned for replacement or repair. If you have opted for professional installation and/or hardwiring, Neon Attack is not responsible for any costs incurred during the uninstallation and/or reinstallation of your custom neon light. In situations where an electrician has hardwired the sign, it is within our discretion to determine if the identified fault is covered under our two-year warranty.
